「集市‧映漾」作品一

作品說明：
「集市‧映漾」串聯歷史、在地及設置位址特色，萃取出發想主元素—「臺中蕉」，做為作品整體構想，且經過藝術轉換，「臺中蕉」融入於本系列作品，成為藝術性、機能性兼具的街道家具。作品一於造形中融入「臺中蕉」的嫩芽與花苞，蕉葉遮蔭的意象概念，表現「臺中蕉」之生機勃勃，且有市場蓬勃發展之寓意。

Introduction：
Bustling Market takes local history, character and installation location and distils them into one key element “Taichung bananas,” a symbol of earlier prosperity and wealth for the area, which is then used as a creative focal point for the series. Through the process of artistic transformation “Taichung Bananas” are made an integral part of this work in the form of artistic and functional street furniture. Bustling Market I incorporates the tender shoots and buds of the bananas as well as banana leaves providing shade, expressing the vibrant energy of such images while also alluding to future prosperity and market expansion.
