「集市‧映漾」作品三

作品說明：
「集市‧映漾」串聯歷史、在地及設置位址特色，萃取出發想主元素—「臺中蕉」，作為作品整體構想，且經過藝術轉換，「臺中蕉」融入於本系列作品，成為藝術性、機能性兼具的街道家具。作品三由玻璃雨遮與造形支柱共同構成，繽紛多彩的玻璃雨遮提供行人遮陽避雨處，亦提供一片藝術天空：以蕉葉、蔬果、貨品等市場元素綴之，表現繁華映照的意象概念。

Introduction：
Bustling Market takes local history, character and installation location and distils them into one key element “Taichung bananas,” a symbol of earlier prosperity and wealth for the area, which is then used as a creative focal point for the series. Through the process of artistic transformation “Taichung Bananas” are made an integral part of this work in the form of artistic and functional street furniture. Bustling Market III is made up of a glass canopy and stylized supports. The colorful canopy provides passersby with a space where they can seek shelter from the sun and rain. It also creates a small artistic space decorated with such symbols of a flourishing market as banana leaves, fruit, vegetables and commodities, conveying a sense of prosperity and vitality.
