彩虹下的約定

作品說明：
本公共藝術設置計畫延伸「行草」之線條與「流動」空間的概念，在本停車場東南方好望角位置設置《彩虹下的約定》，作品跨越兩部分草皮，形成兩個方位的對話。為融入草悟道廣場整體流暢線條、帶狀硬體設計中，本作品圓弧狀線條組構成一個停頓點、交會處與休憩的空間，提供來往民眾除了停車場服務中心以外，與親朋好友約會的一個地標物。草地上雲彩造型座椅提供民眾沉思、想像與休憩功能。《彩虹下的約定》以鍍鋅鋼烤漆彩虹般的色彩，象徵希望與喜悅的心情，我們希望結合市民廣場廣大的綠地及市民歡樂的休閒場域中，築起一道彩虹般的公共藝術，呼應城市生活中的理想與美好。當夜晚來臨時，數位控制燈光與色彩多層次變化，帶來迷人的夜間照明並連結附近商家的景觀特色。

Introduction：
This public art installation project extends the lines of “ running & cursive ，where “Promise Under the Rainbow” is to be installed on the south east of this parking lot in the Haowangjiao location. The work crosses over two areas to form a conversation between 2 positions. In order to blend into the overall smooth lines and belt－shaped hard body design of the Calligraphy Greenway，the arc lines of this work form a pausing stop and intersection as well as a resting space，thereby offering people a landmark for meeting up with family and friends other than the parking lot and the service center. The cloud－like seats on the areas provide functions for people to think, imagine, and rest.“ Promise Under the Rainbow” applies rainbow－like Galvanization steel spray－painted colors，symbolizing the mood of hope and jubilance. We hope to construct a rainbow－like public art amongst the combination of the vast green lands of the Citizens Square with the jubilant recreational venue for the citizens，so as to correspond to the idealism and magnificence of the urban life. When the night falls, digital controlled lights and colorful variations will introduce attractive night lightings，and further connect with the landscape characteristics of the stores in the neighborhood.
