森林裡的秘密花園

作品說明：
本件作品以「森林裡的祕密花園－夢想探險家」為創作主軸，設計了一位代表新光國小學子的探險家「小光」，小光騎乘著飛翔的葉子，每天在校門迎接新光國小的每一位成員。並融入了台中太平區的自然生態及景觀，從代表勇氣的「酒桶山」開始他的探險旅程，其中經歷了代表愛與希望的「仙女瀑布」、然後進入代表冒險精神的「蝙蝠洞」，最後抵達了代表夢想茁壯的夢想樹屋－「大樟樹」。本件公共藝術具備與人互動的功能，藉由電子感應的聲音裝置，讓熙攘往來的學生及家長，在經過照牆的各種動物時，能聽見該種動物的叫聲。藉此拉近學子與藝術作品的距離，提升校園及鄰近社區的人文素養，創造區域性的藝術新地標。太平，是台中市河川最密集的地方，太平區是多條溪流上游，也是許多水生動物的天堂；本件作品以「水底森林」為主軸，導入河川的概念，以色彩豐富的河川水生植物為設計重點，如：金魚藻、台灣原生種水生植物水車前草及臺灣萍蓬草等，作品中悠游於水中的魚類，是以台灣原生魚種「粗首鱲」作為設計發想，讓孩童猶如徜徉在水生植物及動物之中。

Introduction：
The art work 「The Forest Secret Garden－Adventurer Of Dream」designs a role Shu Guang who welcome every members in school to represent the little adventurers of Shin Guang Elementary School. The art work use some of the nature view and ecology in Taichung Taiping to represent loves ,hopes ,adventures and dream, for example, the celestial waterfall, the big camphor tree, the bat cave. The art work can do interaction with people by sound of eight animals, when people pass by. By this, we are not only able to create a new landmark of art for school, but also enable students to play with art.The art work 「The Forest Secret Garden－ The Forest in The Water」uses the Taiwan protogenic aquatic animals and plant for the art concept to create a view that children play in the river in the lovely nature, because, Taiping is the city that has the most quantity of rivers in Taichung.
