作品說明：
本作品秉持尊重自然環境，反映警察工作精神與在地歷史文化特色，以大臺中縣市合併之新意象，融合警政標誌與東海碉堡形式，作為本公共藝術的核心造型。除強化在地人文景觀與緬懷前人的歷史足跡外，更展現警察結合民力走入社區，警民攜手營造幸福安全的生活環境，使社區警政標的自然融入生活藝術中。

Introduction：
It upholds respect to ward the natural environment while also reflecting the spirit of the police office and looking back with respect upon the local history and culture.It combines an image of the police and a form of Tunghai fort to show the new chang of Taichung city.As the core model of the public arts,it not only strengthens the local views and histories,but represents the cooperation of the police and citizens working together to create a happy and safe living environment.It helps the local agency into life art naturally.
