- 大甲溪分支渠道為舊社譜寫了水圳灌溉菸葉的歷史，捷運為舊社帶來便捷無限的生機。「水與光」是在地命脈的符號，傳遞著地方「永續」「富裕」生生不息的意涵。
- Introduction：
- The branched channels of the Dajia－ river has written the history of water supply for tobacco irrigation for Jiushe. The MRT system has brought convenience and vitality to Jiushe. ”Water and Light” is the symbol of the lifeblood of the locals, passing on the meaning of everlasting “sustainability” and “abundance” of the locals.
