福爾摩沙之境

作品說明：
「福爾摩沙之境」傳達海巡署「捍衛海洋，守護臺灣」的意象。紅白藍三色組成的橫豎塑造出艦艇形象，與下方海岸線延伸組成代表 T aiwan 的英文字母 T ，象徵巡防艦由臺灣出發，巡護海洋。巡防艦上方竄起跳躍的中華白海豚，結合生態保育概念，象徵海巡署守護海洋生態的具體意象。

Introduction：
The work Formosan Homeland seeks to convey the mission of the Coast G uard A dministration to defend Taiwan and protect the oceans. The red white and blue horizontal line crafted in the shape of a naval vessel connects to the low er part of the southeastern coastline to form the English letter T for Taiwan, symbolizing a frigate s etting sail to patrol coastal waters. Above the coast guard vessel Indo Pacific humpback dolphins jump from the water, an image that emphasizes the impor ta nce of ecological conservation as an integral element of the Coast G uard Administration ´ s mission.
