作品說明：
「守望」，核心概念為動物之家的貓狗守護神，照看著環境裡的一切。剪紙動物在空間環境裡，圖像會隨著自然光影在周遭環繞，守護著整座動物之家的建築空間，以及在此工作生活的人們。貓狗也象徵著長期在文明化過程中，以日常生活裡的時刻陪伴，守護著人類的貓狗動物們。喚醒我們經常記得，人類與自然親密連結的原始經驗，並且熱愛每一個生命的存在。此次的創作造型為貓狗設計了各種活動的姿態，在身體周圍以抽象花卉圖案作為裝飾，花朵綻放象徵著開花結果，夢想成真。長久以來，貓狗動物們在城市裡流浪漂泊，四處流轉，居無定所。如今在動物之家使得我們再次相聚重逢，以守護彼此的心情，讓美好的夥伴關係如花朵般在世界盛開，環繞著我們。同時貓狗身上都開了一朵花，代表著我們的心裡，永遠以愛與美作為核心價值，以生命的歷練為滋養，開出最美的花朵，閃閃發光。而水滴線條的圖案，則象徵著宇宙對於人類動物的愛，雨露均霑，無微不至，能量在我們身上以及這個世界，永恆地流動著。邀請人們來到動物之家，帶著童心與貓狗自由互動，如同回到人與動物相親相愛的古老年代。同時帶著探險的心情，上上下下穿梭建築空間，尋找座落在園區裡的貓狗鏤空光影。或許我們會在某件作品前，停下腳步靜靜眺望天空，安定自心，經常連結到身而為人內在充滿愛與平等的美好品質。

Introduction：
The core concept of “Keepers of Hope” is to depict the guardian angels of the dogs and cats looking after everything in the Animal Shelter. The silhouette reflected from the image of the paper cutting animals will move around with the natural light and interacting with the surrounded environment, protecting the construction space of the Animal Shelter and the people who work and live here. Dogs and cats also symbolize the long history of animal companionship to mankind in the process of human civilization, awakening us to remember our close connection with nature, and to love and treasure the existence of every creature. The design of this artwork has included various moving gestures of cats and dogs, decorated with abstract floral patterns around the bodies. The blossoms represent dreams coming true. The stray cats and dogs have been wandering around the city, from one place to another, living with no stable refuge for a long time. Now, humans and the animals have the opportunity to be reunited once again to comfort each other’s hearts and guard each other through the Animal Shelter. May the joyful partnerships bloom like flowers all around us and in the world. There is a flower on each cat and dog. The flower represents the core value of love and beauty in our hearts, which is nourished with the trial of life to become the most beautiful and glamourous blossom. The water－droplet pattern metaphors the abundant and eternal love of the universe for the humans and the animals, in the form of energy, flowing all the time in us and the world. We sincerely invite everyone to come to the Animal Shelter and interact freely with the cats and dogs with childlike innocence, just like going back in the ancient era when humans and animals lived with respect to each other. We also encourage you to explore the construction space thoroughly and carefully look for the silhouette of the cats and dogs in the park. You probably stop in front of a certain piece of artwork and peacefully look up at the sky, keep your inner－self tranquility while appreciating the wonderful value of love and equality.
