- 臺灣 是幸福的所在 友善力量的泉源…作品結合移民署視覺標誌「白鵝」、地球希望之石等元素，以活潑的色彩配置及簡潔線條，一隻懷抱「希望」與夢想的展翅白鵝，傳達「寰宇一家親」設計理念，象徵不論是外國人士來台或本國人士出國，都能在移民署的協力與保護下「實踐理想」、「完成目標」，為自己創建美好幸福的未來。
- Introduction：
- Taiwan，a place of happiness，source of friendly energy…This work combines elements of the National Immigration Agency’s symbol, including “white swan” “Earth”and“stone of hope”along with bright colors and simple lines，and a white swan spreading its wings with “hope”and “dreams”to communicate the design concept “one global family”It symbolizes that both foreigners coming to Taiwan and citizens going abroad can “realize their ideals”and “complete their goals”under the assistance and protection of the National Immigration Agency，creating beautiful and happy future for themselves.
