- 運輸部隊即如時代巨輪，跟著時間不斷的輪轉著，將運輸部隊十二齒巨輪之間的扣接巧妙安排，賦予「風」的元素，而金色巨輪穿梭於氣流曲面當中，期勉國軍弟兄之行健不息，由兩者主色調黑與白來體現白晝與黑夜的概念，述說運輸部隊，全年夙夜匪懈，令作品成為營區精神指標，並為營區官兵生活注入藝術氣息。
- Introduction：
- A logistics unit is like the wheel of time, always in motion, and in this work the fastening buckle between the unit's 12-teeth wheels is ingeniously arranged. The addition of "wind" as an element and the way in which the golden wheels pass along the arched surface of the air current speaks to the constand activity of the ROC military, with the two main colors of black and white representing day and night. The message is that logistics units work all day, every day, and as such the piece serves as a spiritual focus in the camp, infusing the lives who live there with a taste of art.
