- 以〝鹿〞與〝飛翔〞的相關意象為發想，將學習成長比喻為〝築夢〞的過程，經由個別差異、因材施教，以多元觀點深化教育，讓孩子們適性發展。造形上以鹿為主體，融合了各種擅長〝飛翔〞的翅膀，如虎添翼般，在未來的人生展翅翱翔。

Through individualized teaching, children develop themselves based on their own potentials.
