- 作品說明：
- 齒輪是工業的基礎，轉動的風跟電產生的光與動能是能源，作品利用風切導致葉片的擺動，閃動葉片產生光影變化，象徵光與風都是帶動「光電產業」之概念。本案作品象徵風的線條流動著，日晷功能的光影效果清楚指向作品，其視覺延伸至入口處，彰顯本件作品的地標性。
- Introduction：
- Gear,the foundation of industries,rotates wind and brings electricity,and accordingly generates light and power,which is energy. This work utilizes wind shear to make the blades swing,as flashing blades create changes of light and shadow,it signifies a concept that Optoelectronics industry is driven by light and wind. To represent floeing of wind,the light and shadow effect functions as a sundial and directs clearly toward this work,which therefore manifests its signification as a landmark.
