- 以多彩的馬賽克，拼貼出「手」、「植物」、「圓」、「螺釘」等圖紋，其中： 「手」代表友善 因握手而改變了人與人之間的距離。 「植物」代表環保 因萬物的成長都需要良好且適宜的環境。 「螺釘」代表永續 因勤益早期為工專所以特擷取校徽中的螺釘造型圖案。 「圓形」代表和諧 運用不同圓的造型形成一幅和諧的畫面，象徵相處和諧不分彼此作品《迴響》，象徵學校提供了豐沛 的滋養園地，猶如虹彩般建構出師生間橋 梁，培育出術德兼備並擁有「環保、和諧、 友善、永續」綠色概念之勤益人！
- Introduction：
- The artist utilized colorful mosaic tomake patterns including hands, plants,circles, and the nails. Hands stand for aspirit of friendliness, as shaking handshelp strangers become friends. Plantsstand for going green, as the growthof all living organisms depend onsuitable environment. Nails stand forsustainability, as Chin－Yi was once ajunior college of technology, and nailsare part of the school’s emblem. Theround shapes stand for harmony, sincecircles are a symbol for non－conflictsand a harmonious state. With the above symbols, the work "；Echo "； meansthe schoolprovides a richly nurturing garden for the students and teachers alike, where the beautiful rainbowshines out, and Chin－Yi alumni are well－equipped and well－informed with concepts of “eco－friendly, harmony,friendliness, and sustainability”.
