- Introduction：
- The city is adorned by lights which represent the boundless hope of residents In that context, this work randomly introduces “light bulb people” into the existing environment as symbols of the future, the passion for progress and friendship. These welcome visitors with a vital boundless energy and bring the people of Taichung together as they work to create a brand new tomorrow.
