This work is infused with energy and vigor, immersing participants in a forest of towering ancient trees that overflow with lush greenness and a dense canopy of branches that almost block out the sky. The scene is decorated with animals, including a loveable black and white cat, the official bird of Taichung City the white-eared Sibia, also known as the “forest singer,” the Formosan blue magpie and the Taiwan tit, an endangered and distinctive species in Taiwan. The result is an atmosphere of vibrant energy that fills visitors with surprise and joy. This piece is made from painted stainless steel and saturated with color as an expression of the forest and birds that make their home there. It also showcases the relationship between people and animals, with particular focus on life values, presenting this rich visual feast as a new image for the hospital and a new aesthetic for forest life.
