- 大鵬國小緊鄰水湳經貿園區，原水湳機場為軍用及民航機場，大鵬鳥象徵機場與眷村文化的記憶，悠遊雲端，猶如大鵬展翅遨翔，引領學子邁向鵬程未來。
- Introduction：
- Da Peng Elementary School is next to Taichung Gateway District. The original Shui－nan Airport is for army and commercial purposes. The sculpture shows the memories of the airport and the military dependents’ village. The bird spreading the wings leads the students stepping into the bright future.
