Developed from a creative concept that features our friends in the forest, Dong-Hai Neverland was inspired by the flora and fauna unique to Dadu Plateau, and tells the tale of forest animals with ideals of protecting the environment and fantastic imaginations that inhabit a forest of arts. The leopard cat(Prionailurus bengalensis), a flock of birds including Muller’s Barbet(Megalaima nuchalis) and the black-naped monarch(Hypothymis azure), as wells as blooms of Rosa cymosa Tratt all embody these ideals as they dwell together on the school campus. They represent the peaceful mutual coexistence of human beings among nature; the ease and contentment of learning and growing; and a step toward the inherent mission of love for art, nature and life.
