作品說明：
巨大的風帆有如翻展開的書頁，隨風傳播了知識與資訊的種子。正如圖書館提供了市民另一種生活的灌溉與滋養，而閱讀也給予了市民一對求知的翅膀，遨翔在無邊無際的知識領空中。

Introduction：
A turning page of a book is just like a large sail on the sea, following the wind to spread seeds of knowledge and wisdom. Just like how the library provides a way for citizens to enjoy life through giving spiritual irrigation and nurturing, reading also endows each citizen with a pair of aspiring wings, which allows them to fly freely across the infinite sky of wisdom.
