- 是水湳人的生活光景，「湳」閩南語讀音「濫」意為水氾濫，「蘊」是水源， 也是綠意的恣意生長，運用現地景觀， 融入過去與未來，形成流動的液體樣 貌，呈現出既熟悉又有趣的感受，共同構築周遭市民生活的美好日常。

- The artwork Pipe, with its Mandarin title suggesting the water in the luxuriant land, reflects the life of the people in Shui-nan. It integrates the on-site landscape with the present and the future to form a flowing shape, creating a familiar yet intriguing atmosphere to visualize the charm of the neighborhood and its everyday life.
