- 巨輪穿梭於黑白對稱之漩流造型之中，演繹巨輪時刻隨風運轉，寓含運輸部隊夙夜不懈，為國軍強力後盾，並期勉國軍行健不息，令藝術作品成為軍中精神指標象徵。
- Introduction：
- The giant wheel makes its way through a spinning shape made up of symmetrical black and white areas, allowing the viewer to deduce that wheel turns when the wind blows. This alludes to the fact that logistics units work day and night and serve as a powerful support force for the national army. It also speaks to the ceaseless efforts of the ROC military and serves as a symbol of military spirit.
