和諧聲響

作品說明：
以象徵「發號司令」的號角作為作品主體。作品中的管狀樂器結合了「高音譜號」以及草行書呈現的漢文字「中」字，詮釋此區域為中部地區軍事指揮機構。代表臺中市市鳥的「白耳畫眉」則悠閒地群聚，享受著美好的午後時光。樂器向大地吹奏著樂章，四周地面景觀以漸層環形及造型土丘來代表力量的擴張，並以花朵綻放的漣漪姿態呈現。黑色與白色的雪花石代表著軍事佈局及躍動的音符，以親民的方式呈現供民眾乘坐，希冀作品的座落，讓到訪者傾聽大地傳來的和諧聲響，那是一股安定民心的樂章與力量。

Introduction：
With the wind instrument, trumpet, as its centerpiece representing an announcement, the work combines a treble clef and a cursive Chinese character “中” (meaning middle) to imply the military institution at central Taiwan. In addition, a flock of white-eared sibias, city bird of Taichung, are enjoying a beautiful time. The instrument is playing music to the world. And the surrounding landscape shows the expansion of strength with the round hill and the flowers ripples. The black and white alabaster stones are arranged as military layout and musical notes that people can sit on, hoping to provide visitors harmonious sounds bringing peace of mind.
